No. We don't do this. And I'd say for two reasons - time is short, but more importantly, "knowledge" (esp. if you're going to buy in to Denham's it's social and only social thing) moves on.
The costs of capturing it (knowledge) in this approach seem to be too big. And the value disputable.
So yes, I agree, "do we do this?" is a good question. But, I'd say no, and always no, because it's not feasible. By the time it's done, it's history.
